Jul 19: Early in 2007 I was commissioned by the RAF Museum to produce an illustration explaining the power and control systems of the Boeing Chinook tandem-rotor helicopter. The artwork is one element within a major new exhibit about the helicopter and was painstakingly researched with access to actual aircraft and advice from personnel at RAF Odiham, a great privilege and thrill. The exhibit was opened by Baroness Thatcher at a VIP reception at the museum on July 18. Click here or on the Chinook photo at right to see more pictures

Feb 1: The March edition of Aeroplane Monthly is out now and features an 'Aeroplane Explains' diagram examining the catapult mechanism for launching the infamous V1 flying bomb.
